We appraise residential properties throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding North Texas suburbs.

We provide real estate appraisals for mortgage, relocation, refinance, PMI removal, divorce, home improvement, home equity, and tax appeal appraisal purposes.

Our primary appraisal service area includes Dallas, Collin, Denton and Tarrant Counties. In addition, we also service portions of Kaufman, Rockwall and Ellis Counties.

We provide residential real estate appraisals to homeowners, mortgage companies, realtors, banks, relocation companies, savings & loans, governmental agencies, and credit unions.

John Ashe is President of Ashe Appraisal, LLC.  He grew up in nearby Dallas, and has been a Plano resident for over 20 years.  His appraisal career began in 2001, after transitioning from a career in landscape maintenance.  He developed an interest in real estate while in the landscaping field and the appraisal field was a natural fit.

He is a Texas State Certified Appraiser and is FHA Certified.  He is also a member of the Employee Relocation Council and MetroTex Association of Realtors.  John also has extensive experience in relocation appraisal, having written hundreds of appraisals for employee relocation.  He has prepared over 3,000 appraisal reports for mortgage, refinance, tax appeal, PMI removal, prelisting, relocation, home equity, home improvement, divorce, trust, and estate purposes.
